Roma Bank Corporate Headquarters
Design/build a corporate headquarters facility for this federal bank. The site selected is part of a master planned community, the Washington Towne Center (Robbinsville). The work included complete Municipal and regulatory Agency Approval for the Site Plan as well as the complete site development and construction of a three-story 43,000 square feet corporate headquarters and branch bank facility. Denbury Resources’ Delhi Field Plant
Denbury Resources (DNR) constructed a NGL (natural gas liquids) plant at its Delhi Field on the Gulf Coast. The project required a $12,000,000 performance bond, and was completed in 2016. Read more here.
The Audubon Zoo Sculpture Project
The project at the New Orleans Zoo (through Audubon) involved building a new entrance to the elephant exhibit, which includes a life size family of elephants (and other animals). This project was particularly unique, as it was not typical construction work, and the company performing the work was declined for bonding by every other surety bond provider they reached out to. Waterfront Park
Waterfront Park is part of the Mercer County Park Commission. Also within the Park Commission is the Ice Skating Center at Mercer County Park offers skating sessions to the general public and is open seven days a week during the operating season. Read more here.

Camden Southline is a 266 apartment project for Camden Properties. The project is located on the Light Rail line within the vibrant South End neighborhood on the edge of Uptown Charlotte, NC. Read more here.
Pekiomen School, Schumo Academic Building
The Robert M. Schumo Academic Center houses classrooms and offices for the Math, Science and History Departments for the Perkiomen School in Montgomery County, PA. The new 3-story 37,000 square foot facility was designed with brick veneer and cast stone to pay tribute to the adjoining Kriebel, Kehs, and Carnegie Halls. Read more here.
Murch Elementary School Modernization & Addition
The modernization of Murch Elementary School includes the renovation of the existing school building plus an addition to accommodate 700 students while also providing adequate cafeteria, gym, and media space. This project required a $226,000 performance bond to complete.
Twin Creeks Village Infrastructure Improvements
This project was located at the Twin Creeks Marina, Resort and Village in Tims Form Lake, TN. It involved infrastructure improvements throughout the property, which required $5,000,000+ in improvement bonds. You can read more about the project here.
New York City Build It Back Program
The NYC Mayor Office of Housing Recovery Operations and the Build It Back Program are dedicated to helping New Yorkers living in communities affected by Hurricane Sandy rebuild their homes and improve the resiliency of homes and communities. This specific job required a $124,000 performance bond to restore the homeowners property.
Springhill Suites By Marriot Roofing Project
The SpringHill Suites Kansas City Overland Park project involved work performed on the roof of the hotel, and required a $110,000 performance bond. The all-suite hotel is just down the street from Sprint headquarters as well as key offices for Ericsson, OptumRx, Black & Veatch, Southcreek Office Park and College Blvd.
ADA County Highway District Repairs
The ADA County Highway District project involved work performed on highways within the district, and required a $312,000 performance bond. The ADA County Highway District Traffic Division is responsible for planning, designing and managing efficient traffic flow and traffic safety throughout Ada County.
Cambria Hotel
The Cambria Hotel project involved masonry work performed on the new hotel, and required a $316,000 performance bond. The hotel being constructed is a 126-room Cambria at 84 Ripley Drive, and started Sept. 20th 2017, according to a notice filed with Charleston County by Freese Johnson LLC, a construction company based in Marietta, Ga. The site is at the intersection of Herbert Fielding Connector, near several other hotels. .
NIST Radiation Physics Building Renovation
Building 245 has played an important role in the study of radiation physics in the U.S. It supports industries that represent billions of dollars to our economy. It also helps support the health and safety of many millions of Americans. The renovations performed on this building required a $649,000 performance bond. Read more.
PGA Tour Mist System Management
This project required a $220,000 performance bond in order to implement a mist management system. The PGA showcases golf’s greatest players, engage, inspire and positively impact their fans, partners and communities worldwide. Read more.
Grand Island Regional Hospital Project
This project required a $345,000 performance bond in order to install counter tops and doors throughout the hospital. The 170,000-square-foot facility is being constructed at the corner of highways 281 and 34. It will be a full-service, acute-care hospital with an emergency room, maternity care services, surgical care and intensive care unit. Read more.
Orleans Police Station Integrated Electronic Security System
The police department in Orleans, MA has plans to install an integrated electronic security system. The project required a $142,000 performance bond. Read more.
Ridgeland High School New East Office & Entrance
Ridgeland High School in in Ridgeland, MS built a new east office and entrance for their ever growing student population. The project required a $516,000 performance bond. Read more.
