I called the customer service line and was told I would receive a call from A Commercial Bond Representative. Samantha Lehman called me within about an hour and after our initial conversation emailed me a quote that was about 18% lower than the previous year. After doing some research on other Companies I contacted Samantha again and told her that while I was very interested in keeping the appearance of stability that remaining with the same Insurer provides,I was being made an offer for around 50% of the original cost she went to work again and offered another 15% discount which I accepted.
I felt Samantha was understanding of my position as the owner of a relatively small brokerage and was willing to do what she could to facilitate my needs.as pertains to my financial situation and my desire to retain the stability of staying with the same Company.
