In order to win over millennials as customers, auto dealerships need to do much more than simply being online. They need to have a strong and appealing online presence.

First of all, talk about your dealership online. Email advertising and Google AdWords seem quite effective for this. Next, choose a social media where you will advertise your business. Not all platforms are a good choice and Facebook seems to be the best one in this respect. You can also use methods such as “retargeting,” thus reminding customers who already visited your page about your dealership through targeted ads. Finally, make sure your website is well optimized for search engines. Millennials look for almost everything online, so you have a better chance of winning them as customers if you show up in searches.
