Fast Track (Under $250,000)
Step 1 - Download Acrobat Reader
(Skip Step 1 if you already have Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer)
Step 2 - Download the following applications:
- Fast Track Application
- Credit Release Form - one per owner
- Personal Financial Statement - *one per owner (optional)
Step 3 - If this is for a Bid Request please enclose any special bond forms and bid specifications in your fax submission.
Step 4 - If this is for a newly contracted project, please enclose a copy of the contract or purchase order in your fax submission.
Step 5 - Fax in the completed Fast Track Application, bond forms, or contract to begin the application process.
