I have started attending workshops here locally in the city of Jacksonville FL and I want to know what type of bond I may need for bidding on Apartment complexes, restarurants, churches and other small projects?

Is it necessary for the owner to put up the $10K or is there a way to secure that bond through an insurance company or a bank?
