We are projected to get up to 24″ in our area on top of what we got over the weekend. We plan to open for regular business hours on Thursday, weather permitting.

Our exceptional growth in volume requires us to continue to add staff to continue to provide the level of customer service our clients expect.

The first hire is for an entry level position as administration support for our Commercial Bond Department. Our business model requires all employees to start at the bottom of our corporate ladder. This ensures that we can train each employee our procedures rather than having to re-educate those with prior experience. This model also allows for quicker promotions and a higher salary ceiling for each candidate.

The second hire is for a SEM/SEO Manager position in our IT/Marketing Department. Our agency has been leaders in online bonding for quite some time, but new online competitors are constantly emerging. Due to the constant growth of our multiple web properties, it is time to add some additional professionals to our IT team.
