I have two brothers that are mentally incapacitate and recently we received assets from our deceased father and the judgement amount was divided by the four of us. My youngest brother and myself has already received our portion. The problem is neither of us have the good credit nor the money to set aside as collateral to receive a bond on the other two brothers. Is there a way to achieve a bond which will decrease monthly until the money is depleted or upon their deaths in which the remaining amount of money would go to the state as they are on Tenn Care. How can I get a bond on them to get special needs for them before they die?
